About Us
Andrea DiRaddo, C-IAYT, ERYT 500
Fifteen years ago, Andrea arrived in D.C. and found yoga at a moment of transformation—and never looked back. With over a decade of full-time teaching in the DMV, she is trained in Power Vinyasa, Rocket, Restorative Yoga, Pilates, Functional Range Conditioning®, and holds her MS in Yoga Therapy. Her classes are playful yet intelligent, rooted in anatomy and curiosity. Expect full-body flows, invitations to explore inversions, and space to meet yourself with honesty. Andrea brings both precision and deep care to every room she leads.
Tai Phoenix
What began as a workout became a path to clarity, showing Tai how to quiet the noise and move with purpose. Almost ten years into her practice, she leads strong power flows designed to reconnect students to their inner fire. Grounded in heart and community, Tai creates a welcoming space for all levels to build, release, and rediscover their strength. Her teaching is rooted in gratitude and self-inquiry, inviting every yogi to cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves and find courage and resilience both on and off the mat.
Together, Andrea and Tai are teachers, students, and travelers who believe retreat is not an escape, it’s a return. A return to breath, to joy, to wholeness.
Our Shared Intention
We are teachers, students, and travelers who believe in balance—effort and ease, stillness and silliness, reverence and joy. We don’t believe in perfect poses or silent suffering. We believe in movement as medicine, retreat as return, and community as one of life’s great teachers. By attending this retreat, we hope you find: Rest. Courage. Clarity. Connection. A breath you didn’t know you were holding. Come with an open heart. Leave with a fuller one.
