Online Yoga Courses

The Sense International Yoga Therapy Center offers professional training for yoga teachers and yoga therapists in a convenient format: online or offline in Lviv. All programs include theoretical lectures, live Zoom sessions, practice, and ongoing teacher support.

The training is structured in five consecutive stages. The initial level (CYT 100) forms the basis of teaching, and the subsequent levels (RYT 200 / CYT 300 / RYT 500 / RYT 800) deepen knowledge in yoga therapy. The programs cover anatomy, biomechanics, teaching methods, and therapeutic tools for working with back, head, and knee pain, posture disorders, anxiety, depression, hormonal disorders, pelvic organ problems, and more.

Sense Education is the first RYS 500 school in Ukraine accredited by the Yoga Alliance and registered with the IAYT. Upon completion of the course, students receive internationally recognized certificates.

Santhi Yoga International Teacher Training and Research Foundation (SYIF), a unit of Santhi Yoga Charitable Society registered under the Travancore Cochin Act 1955, was established in 2010. It aims at the promotion and propagation of Yoga Science in the national and international levels with a team of well equipped, disciplined and dedicated yoga teachers at the convenience and affordability of the aspirants and subsequently mould competent yoga teachers.

SYIF in Kerala is affiliated to Yoga Alliance (USA), Yoga Alliance International, State Resource Centre Kerala (Under the Ministry of Human Resource Development Govt. of India) and the Patanjali Yoga Teachers Training and Research Center (Affiliated to S-Vyasa Yoga University, Bengaluru) and Sadguru Yoga Vidyalayam , Coimbatore (Affiliated to TNPESU , Chennai) .
Apart from undertaking various courses in yoga and other allied subjects, we are also undertaking many humanitarian and charitable activities such as imparting free and special yoga training for the differently abled.
