About Us
Petra Yoga Ltd is a bespoke yoga studio in Kentish Town, Camden, founded and run by Petra Mitidieri, PhD, MEng, C-IAYT. Petra has been practising yoga since 1996 and teaching in London since 2000, bringing more than 25 years of experience to her teaching.
The studio offers private one-to-one yoga, small-group classes, Ashtanga Vinyasa, restorative, therapeutic, pregnancy and postnatal yoga. Petra’s teaching combines the precision of the Iyengar tradition with the dynamic practice of Ashtanga, adapting sessions to each person's needs, experience and goals.
As a certified yoga therapist, Petra specialises in supporting people with back pain, sciatica, neck and spinal issues, mobility and musculo-skeletal concerns. Since 2008, she has also incorporated the Great Yoga Wall into her teaching to support alignment, flexibility, spinal traction and restorative practice.
At Petra Yoga, the focus is on personalised, thoughtful and accessible yoga that supports long-term health, movement and well-being.
