200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Akshi Yogashala is a comprehensive foundational course held in Rishikesh, India, the Yoga Capital of the World. Rooted in the traditional Himalayan tradition, the training covers Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, and Teaching Methodology.
The course runs every month from the 3rd to the 30th, offering an immersive learning experience in a supportive environment near the Ganga River. Suitable for both beginners and dedicated practitioners, this program provides a strong base for personal practice and teaching.
Upon completion, students receive a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate, marking the beginning of a deep and transformative yoga journey.
