The word Dhyana means a “meditative state”, which ultimately culminates into an ecstatic state called Samadhi.

Dhyana Praweshika is the methodology that leads to this meditative state. This technique involves exercising the mental apparatus as it acts as a bridge between the Self (Soul) and the outer existing world.

How to reach here: 
Most spiritual seekers are likely to fly into the International airport at New Delhi. From here you can drive 8 hours or take an overnight train to Kathgodam. From Kathgodam one can take a taxi to the ashram in the morning.
