"Our entire being consists of layers of aware intelligence – the frame, our important electricity, our feelings, our discerning thoughts and personality, our spiritual awareness, our soul. Often, we are not aware of what goes on in all of those layers, they seem disconnected – our frame breaks out in disorder, our emotions are out of balance and we react to the arena round us via fear and trauma that is saved deep internal our thoughts. Our religious focus is confined to non secular belief or disbelief and our soul feels misplaced because we do no longer feel safe to be who we certainly want to be in this world.
