My name is Francine, other’s know my as Bird. I’m a registered Yoga Teacher at the 200hr level with the Yoga Alliance. I have been practicing Yoga for 6+ years. Within those 6 years i fell completely in love with the practice and knew i had to share with others this amazing gift that has helped me overcome anxiety,insomnia and stress while finding inner peace, self love and the many physical benefits.
